Galloway Custom Homes works at the custom end of homebuilding: new houses built to an owner's own plans and chosen lot rather than picked from a fixed set of production floor plans, with the builder coordinating the trades, permits, and schedule from early design decisions through to a finished, move-in home. It is the route for buyers who want real control over layout, materials, and finishes, and who are willing to trade the speed of a production build for a house shaped around how they actually live.

Elements Design Build keeps both halves of a home project, the design and the build itself, inside one firm, so a homeowner is not handed back and forth between a designer and a separate general contractor. It works with people across the Upstate who want one team carrying a Simpsonville-area project from the first drawings through to the finished result.
