Russo Builds is a Greenville deck company that starts with the framing, not just the boards on top. The crew builds on Fortress steel and Owens Corning structural systems, then surfaces decks in composite or pressure-treated wood from names like TimberTech, Trex, and Wolf. Beyond straight decks they take on multi-level layouts, screened porches, and pergolas, plus add-ons like built-in lighting, fire pits, and seating, and they pull the permits and handle code compliance themselves. Family-owned and rooted in the Upstate, they build for homeowners across Greenville, Anderson, and Spartanburg counties. Reviewers keep returning to the same points: quick to answer questions, easy to trust on site, and more than once finished ahead of schedule.

Legacy Decks frames in steel and aluminum instead of pressure-treated wood and finishes in low-maintenance composite like TimberTech, so the decks they build hold up with far less upkeep than a standard wood build. Their work goes well beyond the deck: screened and EZE Breeze porches, three-season rooms, under-deck living space, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and fire features, designed as one connected outdoor room rather than added on piece by piece. It is a local Upstate company with more than a decade behind it, BBB-accredited at an A+ rating, building across Greenville, the surrounding towns, and into the Asheville, North Carolina area. In their reviews, homeowners keep returning to the same points: clear communication, fixed-cost proposals that do not move mid-project, and jobs that finish on the timeline they were quoted.
