Sugar Sophistication is a cake shop in Greer, baking cakes and sweets for the Upstate. It is the kind of local spot people turn to when a birthday or a special occasion calls for something made by hand instead of picked off a grocery shelf, and it keeps steady weekday hours with a shorter Saturday window for weekend orders.
