For anyone in the Upstate stocking up for a party, hunting a specific bottle, or grabbing something for the weekend, Total Wine is the kind of store you plan a whole trip around. The selection runs deep across wine, beer, and spirits, so it tends to be the stop people make when the grocery aisle came up short, whether that is a hard-to-find bourbon, a case for a wedding, or a label you have been meaning to try.
It sits in the Woodruff Road shopping corridor, easy to fold into a bigger errand run, with a gift side for when you need something nicer than a card. What you leave with comes down to what you walk in hunting for, and half the fun is working the aisles to find it.
