Upper Cervical Spine Center works on a narrow slice of chiropractic: the atlas and axis, the top two bones of the neck, also called C1 and C2. That focus shapes the visit. New patients start with a case history, an exam, and digital X-rays, and each appointment opens with a computerized thermography scan. An adjustment is given only when the scan calls for one, followed by a rest in a quiet, dimly lit room in an anti-gravity recliner and a final scan before you head out.
The independent Taylors practice is home to Dr. Tony Giordani, a Navy veteran and Easley High School graduate with more than ten years in practice, and Dr. Iris Park. Dr. Tony also volunteers time training other chiropractors in upper cervical work. Patient testimonials mention his calm manner and thorough explanations, and both doctors offer a free consultation.
